    OUR ABANQOBI ACHIEVERS

“I have been the head of my household since I was 16 years old. I have been given a chance to be independent, responsible and happy. I learned to sew and enjoy teaching other children to sew. I am earning money for the products I produce during school holidays. Abanqobi has assisted me with books which has helped me improve my school grades. Please support us by buying our products!”

“After matriculating in 2009, I have not been able to find a job. Abanqobi has equipped me with various skills and since 2011 I have been crafting the various products to meet deadlines when the Abanqobi children are at school. Abanqobi is my family as I grew up on my own as my family passed away when I was still at school. Abanqobi has given me hope, an income and a positive self esteem. Please support us by buying our products!”

    Siyabonga

“I live with my granny and two sisters. Abanqobi makes me happy because they care about children. I teach other children what I have learned like sewing on the industrial machine. I make a big vegetable garden and win prizes for my garden. Abanqobi buys us things we need for school, like stationary. I trust God to help us to sell more products and involve more children. Please support us by buying our products!”

    Retabile

“I was born in 1999 and I live with my uncle in Phola, in Nkangala District, Mpumalanga, South Africa. Abanqobi teaches me many skills like beading bag markers and sewing on an industrial machine. We can take books home and I get stationary that I need for school. Our district has very high drug abuse, but because I feel good about what I learn it saves me from bad things like drugs and smoking. Please support us!”
